Full refund for cancellation at least 7 days before the activity. Rebooking requests are accepted at least 24 hours before the tour, with verified exceptions such as medical emergencies, flight cancellations/rescheduling and other fortuitous events. No refund for no-shows or latecomers. Once the tour starts, no refund is due for client-initiated trip cutting or uncontrollable itinerary changes such as weather or spot closures.
If ZCHEDULISTA/the operator cancels the activity because of bad weather, offer an alternative date within 6 months or a full refund.
